Have you ever tried to email someone a large file, such as a PowerPoint presentation, only to have it bounce back because there wasn’t room in their mailbox? Even more frustrating is when it’s just plain too big for your email server to handle.
One solution I’ve found is SendThisFile. After signing up for a free account, you simply upload your file and type in the person’s email address. Instead of a large attachment, they receive a clickable link from which they can download the file. The free account is limited to one file, but in many cases, that’s all you need! One warning - you really need to have a high speed connection; otherwise it can be incredibly s-l-o-w.
