One Reason I am Self-Employed
Dilbert shows a wonderful example of bureaucracy in action - something I encountered in both the government and the corporate world. I even had one job where I had to chase people for signatures to approve projects which had already been completed.
I love being able to make my own decisions and act on them without jumping through hoops.
